About Domaine des Feux Follets:
Sarah and Fred work with the principles of sustainability and biodynamics and always favour attentive and manual work in the vineyard. Their fermentation and winemaking processes occur as naturally as possible, with native yeasts. Their wines all spend time in their stoneware amphorae, imported from Italy, and none are filtered nor do they undergo manipulation or additions. Feux Follets champions the support and commercialization of lesser known and hardy North American grapes as part of their climate mitigation strategy.

They know letting the grapes express themselves this way can be risky. Some years they sing beautifully and easily, and in others they are tougher to hear. Regardless, they listen and love their wines, accepting that the melodies change with the year.
