Lacey Estates is a family-owned and operated winery, started in 2003, and is located in the beautiful Hillier area of Prince Edward County, known to be one of the best areas for grape growing in the County.  Its rich Hillier clay loam soil produces wines with profound taste, texture, and balance. Winemaker Kimball Lacey handcrafts award-winning wines from Ontario’s favourite grapes, like Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Riesling, and Gewurztraminer.  Make a trip to the County and enjoy your wine on the porch overlooking their newest vineyard, accompanied by a selection of cheese from local cheesemakers. Liz Lacey runs the popular tasting room.

The Laceys work hard and manage all aspects of the vineyard and operations on their own. The second generation of Lacey winemaker is their daughter Emily, who recently graduated from the winemaking school at Niagara College.
